- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked car in for radiator replacement and oil/filter change on Friday only to be told that they now couldnt get radiator until Tuesday after bank holiday. Not only did they charge more for supply of radiator than originally quoted but they removed the aircon hose, no doubt releasing the gas into the atmosphere which as far as Im aware is illegal, and failed to tell me theyd done it when car was picked up yesterday. Took car back this morning as aircon obviously not working and theyve refused to re-gas telling me its my responsibility! Very poor customer service - I wont be going back there again and certainly wont recommend them to anyone else.By traceylove, September 19, 2018
